The TechniSat Digital GmbH is a high-performance and forward-looking privately owned company, which offers state-of-the-art technology and visual attractive product designs in the product segments digital reception, reception technology, LCD television devices, PC / multimedia and radio transmission. In addition the business division TechniSat Automotive develops and produces innovative user-friendly products in the sector car radio, radio navigation systems and car entertainment.
As Tier1 supplier for the automotive industry the company has more than twenty years of experience in developing and producing first-class radio systems. Moreover the company gained a lot of experience and know-how in the field of navigation systems in the past few years.
Thus TechniSat realizes nearly everything in-house, to range from high frequency reception to software and housings. Even the compiling of the navigation software is implemented within the own R&D centre. All this enables TechniSat to react flexible to customer requirements. The great experience of the development centre allows it to „adjust every single set screw (= to be able to make technical changes by themselves)” without being dependent on external service providers. This is one of the reasons why TechniSat is a valuable and reliable partner, especially for the automotive industry.
